Maple Whiskey Bacon Wrapped Scallops

  1. Warp large (10-20s) scallops with bacon
  2. Skewer 3 per skewer
  3. place in a bag with 50/50 maple syrup/whiskey.
  4. Let marinate for 2-3 days in the fridge.
  5. Grill.
  6. Enjoy
